1. DJT

Michelin Star Rating: 1 star         

Nestled in the heart of the Trump International Hotel, DJT is known for incredible modern American cuisine.

Progressive takes on delicious classics such as carrot-ginger soup, jumbo shrimp cocktail, filet mignon and more make this fine-dining experience a crowd-pleaser.

3. Le Cirque

Le Cirque is a Las Vegas mainstay and offshoot of the famous New York City location. Whimsical and opulent describe the jewel-box-inspired ambiance. As for the food, exquisite French cuisine would best describe the culinary experience. 

The menu boasts a range of delicious offerings, from simple but well-made dishes, such as the egg roll-tasting sea bass, to more elaborate combinations, including potato-crusted Mediterranean sea bass and braised leeks.

4. Aureole

Michelin Star Rating: 1 star

Snagging a table at Aureole is a must-do for oenophiles, wine connoisseurs or sommeliers. The four-story climate-controlled wine tower housing thousands of wine selections make this fine dining establishment stand out. However, the all-inclusive menu of seasonal culinary delights, perfectly paired with every wine, completes the experience. 

Chef Charlie Palmer creates the dishes served at Aureole rooted in the style he developed called progressive American. His cuisine includes exciting flavors and unexpected combinations infused with classical French techniques.         

5. Michael Mina

6. L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon

Inspired by the open kitchen concept, this classic French restaurant prepares delicacies behind large windows for all to see. Other details, such as a counter for dining and the option to choose small or large portions for your meal, lend themselves to the friendly and interactive ambiance. 

Menu items include a beef and foie gras burger with sautéed bell peppers and caramelized quail dish filled with foie gras served with potato puree. 

7. Nobu

Michelin Star Rating: 1 star

Las Vegas is home to two Nobu locations, each serving top-notch Japanese cuisine. Between the robust menu of high-quality Japanese food and an ambiance that immerses guests in modern Asian elegance with a Zen flair, it’s easy to see why diners fill tables nightly. 

You can’t go wrong when ordering, whether you stick to the classics such as the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño and the black cod with miso, or you want a luxurious experience and go for the teppan-style foie, the scallop with uni and Japanese A5 wagyu.

8. Restaurant Guy Savoy

Foodies flock to renowned chef Guy Savoy’s refined spot for imaginative new French tasting menus. Designed to emulate the menu of his Paris restaurant, the Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace includes many classic Savoy dishes.

These popular menu items include the octopus terrine, colors caviar, and the artichoke and black truffle soup with toasted mushroom brioche and black truffle butter. Everything at Guy Savoy is designed to melt in your mouth.

9. Picasso

Michelin Star Rating: 2 stars

Picasso offers a feast for your senses. Beyond the artistry of beautifully plated five-star cuisine is a restaurant adorned with original Pablo Picasso paintings and ceramic pieces.

Diners can wander through the restaurant between courses to view this impressive collection. 

Chef Julian Serrano draws his inspiration from Spain and the south of France, much like Picasso. The food here is dramatic, featuring dishes like warm quail salad with sautéed artichokes and langoustine pulled live from a tank and then grilled and drizzled with porcini oil.

Patrons can choose from more than 1,500 wine selections from premium European vineyards to enjoy with their meal while overlooking the romantic fountains of the Bellagio.          

10. Joël Robuchon

Of all the luxurious restaurants in Las Vegas, Joël Robuchon might be the crème de la crème. Earning the coveted Michelin three-star award, Joël Robuchon is an indulgence of all the senses.
